Vinyasa Intermediate
Participants engage in a dynamic and playful session crafted to boost endurance and flexibility. They are invited to step beyond their comfort zones, unlocking physical and mental possibilities. The session typically focuses on mastering poses such as the wheel, dancer, splits, headstand, forearm stand, and more.
Hatha Open Level
During this practice, postures are held longer to prioritize precise alignment and deep connection with the breath. Classes will delve into cultivating a mindful relationship with the body, breath, and the embodied experience of a chosen theme.
Contemporary Dance & Improvisation
In contemporary dance, emphasis is placed on floor-work technique and sequencing, exploring the relationship to gravity and enhancing bodily stamina. Through improvisation, we use movement as a way to unlock the creative self. By adopting a somatic approach, we create space on the joins while exploring different movement qualities.
Expressive Art Therapy session
Exploring diverse art modalities for expression provides fresh insights into the challenges we face in our daily lives. Whether in individual or collaborative group settings, this approach fosters self-discovery and enriches our capacity for problem-solving.
Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga yoga places a strong emphasis on synchronizing breath with movement. In every class, we revisit the same series (Primary series), aiming to refine and deepen this connection with each repetition and delve deeper into the practice.
Flexibility
My approach integrates contortion techniques to enhance flexibility, following a structured method tailored to different levels and adaptable to individual needs.
