Journey
Im a Berlin-based yoga teacher and professional dancer, originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina. My journey through movement began with contemporary dance and ballet in my teenage years, driven by a desire to create specific forms and qualities. However, dance brought such transformation into my life that it became my life mission to share the potential of art and movement with the world.
At the age of 22, I moved to Berlin, Germany, and delved into expressive art therapy as an exploration to understand more about psychology and healing from a different perspective, putting it at the service of other people. I founded and worked on different projects that introduced dance as a tool for self-discovery and healing.
Going deeper into my search, I found my way to yoga, where I connect body, mind, and soul through breath and postures. I have learned from a neurological approach, obtaining a trauma-informed certification, in order to make my classes safe and trauma-informed and to continue working with individuals from different backgrounds.
Nowadays, I have three years of experience as a yoga teacher and work in different studios in Berlin, in addition to offering one-to-one sessions, yoga for corporations, and events and festivals. While offering workshops and retreats, I like to blend yoga, dance, and expressive art therapy to craft unique flows and experiences, unlocking the full potential of both body and mind. My regular classes are known to be dynamic, challenging, and fun, focusing on creating stamina and pushing past the comfort zone to gain strength and flexibility, thus creating resilience in the mind through a well-regulated and supportive nervous system.

WORK EXPERIENCE
2019 - 2021 // Expressive Art Therapy & Dance
My work experience includes self-funded projects such as "Dance & Movement Research: Exploration of Cultural Diversity," established in Berlin, Germany, in 2019. As a migrant myself, my goal was to support migrants and amplify their voices and narratives using dance as a therapeutic tool. The sessions explored migration-related topics such as home, safety, community support, challenges, and resources through dance and movement. "Dance and Movement Research" featured both face-to-face and online encounters, adapting to pandemic measures. It presented three performances, one of which was streamed online. Shortly after its initiation, “Dance and Movement Research” attracted the attention of Lucille Toth, leading to my inclusion in the Onboard(hers) team, an Ohio-based Female Immigrant Dance Project, as a German ambassador/workshop facilitator. In this way, “Dance and Movement Research” was sponsored by Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio.
In addition to other projects and freelancing as a dance teacher and expressive art therapist, I worked on a project called “Reconnaissance” (2021), a Data Activism weekend retreat in Potsdam, Germany. I participated as the Expressive Art Therapy workshop facilitator for the retreat, which was directed towards migrants from diverse backgrounds, with the goal of creating participatory data practices for decolonization and community development.
2022 - 2024 // Dance and Yoga
After obtaining my yoga teacher certification, I immediately started teaching in Berlin, Germany. I guided my self-designed Vinyasa-inspired flexibility flows in privately rented spaces or outdoors. My audience grew quickly. My flows were well-known for their uniqueness and dynamism, leaving practitioners with a feel-good sensation and openness after practice. In 2023, I secured regular slots at various studios including Enso Yoga (Mitte and Kreuzberg), Green Yoga (Kreuzberg and Prenzlauerberg), and Open Studio (Kreuzberg).
Additionally, I worked for corporations such as Delivery Hero, organized events, conducted private classes, and facilitated Expressive Art Therapy sessions and workshops upon request. Nowadays, I continue to advance my knowledge and practice in dance and yoga through self-study and traveling to various destinations within and outside the European Union (Belgium, Colombia, India).
